The Big White Ski & Board School is currently seeking motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic professionals to join the Big White team for the 2009/2010 winter season. If you have a reputation for outstanding guest service and spending the winter ripping up over 27 feet of the Okanagan’s finest powder snow sounds like a good time to you, then give us a call!
In addition to having some of the BEST SNOW in the WORLD! Big White offers World renowned services. The Kid’s Centre is rated the “Best Resort Feature for Kids in Canada” by Ski Canada magazine, voted the “Best Family Resort in North America” by the Good Ski Guide of Great Britain, and rated top 5 in the World by the London Daily Mail. But we're not stopping there!
The cornerstone of our success is our commitment to our staff. We offer some of the best rates of pay in the country, a training program that is second to none, a progressive incentive program, staff discounts on food and retail services, a staff pass that gives you access to free or discounted lift tickets at over 30 ski areas, organized staff trips and parties, and most importantly almost 2800 acres of powder paradise.

For the last two seasons’ I have worked as a ski and snowboard instructor for Big White Resort, a job that I used to dream of doing as a child. I teach children between the ages of 3 and 14 and also coach entry level racers in the Alcan Nancy Greene Ski League; it's great to be able to share my passion with young people who are eager to learn and seeking so much excitement.
